Cut and wrap fee: $0.85/lb
Extra fees: $15 extra added for a 1/4

*** The processing fee has to be paid to the butcher in advance, therefore this charge will be included in your final payment to us and we will pay the butcher for you in advance. When you pick up your meat, you will only have to pay the butcher the cut and wrap fee and potentially the extra fee if you ordered a 1/4.
