Order Form – Boxed Beef

Dear Customer

Thank you for your interest in Four E Farms beef!

Please fill out this order form to order your boxed beef. You can pick your box up from the farm or meet us in Spokane Valley on the first Tuesday or Wednesday of each month at the Valley Mission Park between noon and 1 PM, weather permitting.

Our response time is usually within 48 hrs, but calving season and haying season can get quite busy. When we receive your order, I will email you to confirm the date, pickup location and amount. Please bring cash or check at time of pick-up.
